Why haven't I thought of looking this up before? After all, half the reason I enjoy Rogue Galaxy is because of how pretty cel-shading is! There's even a list of games with that type of graphics on Wikipedia. One that stuck out is Dark Cloud 2 / Dark Chronicle for PS2. Gotta look it up someday, maybe I can find a cheap used copy at GameStop. There was also Crackdown, for X360.
Warsow (freeware PC FPS, noted in my freeware games post) is also cel-shaded, and I'd forgotten entirely about it. Wild Arms 3 (PS2) is a steampunk RPG with cel-shading, in other words I've got to look that up this instant. Finally, there's the FPS XIII. This post lacks structure, and for that I apologize.
